About Our School

The Falcons School for Girls is increasingly known as 'West London's Most Creative Preparatory School.'

The majority of pupils join the school in Nursery. They spend eight years in 'West London's Most Creative Preparatory School', leaving at the end of Year Six.

We strive to develop independent thinkers who have a love of learning - and the focus to achieve their goals in the 11+ examinations and beyond.

As we are a non-selective school; classes are of mixed ability, which brings a wealth of various talents and skills into our classrooms.

The side gate is opened at 8.00 a.m., which benefits our many parents who work in the city. The school door is opened at 8.15 a.m.; girls have time with their class teacher until 8.30 a.m., when we begin our daily 'We Love Reading' programme. 

The school day finishes at 3.15 p.m. for our Reception girls and 3.30pm for the rest of the school. Parents with girls in Nursery have the option of a half-day or a full-day. The Nursery morning session runs from 8.15 a.m. - 12.00 p.m; the afternoon session finishes at 3.15 p.m.

Every class has their own form teacher.  Year One and Two classes have trained classroom assistants when needed.
